We have learnt all about St Francis of Assisi this week. St Francis was a special man because he gave up all his money and riches to help people who were poor or sick. He was especially kind to all God’s creatures. He loved all animals and treated them like family. We made bird feeders in the shape of St Francis and left them in our outdoor area for the birds to enjoy, especially in this cold, wet, windy weather.
