Pupils of the Week - 27th February 2026

27th Feb 2026
What a great 'Take 5 Week' we've had!

Today we came together at assembly to CONNECT and celebrate.
We gave thanks for our families, friends and school members who care for us and look after us. We also gave thanks for good health, not just physical health, but also our good mental health and discussed the important elements of Take 5 - CONNECT, KEEP LEARNING, BE ACTIVE, TAKE NOTICE and GIVE.

On Tuesday we had Donna (Sustrans) in school to take each of the classes on a nature walk where the children could TAKE NOTICE of the beauty around them.

Thank you to all the families who donated non-perishable food items for our foodbank appeal. Dympna from Coalisland Community Hub & Foodbank came to assembly to thank the children and all families for their generosity and explained to the children the job of a local foodbank and how they help others. (LEARN & GIVE)

Thanks also to all the parents who gave so generously to our 'Everybody Move' sponsored event on Wednesday with Ronan. The children had such a good time and great fun! (BE ACTIVE)
Altogether over £2400 was raised and this money will be used to purchase I-pads for the children.(GIVE)
