Meet the Dragons!
The Primary 7 boys and girls have been undertaking the JEP (Junior Enterprise Programme) within class. This involved the pupils learning about the world of entrepreneurship and what it takes to be successful in the world of business. Pupils have been busy working in groups to create a presentation for their different business proposals. We had 5 groups working on different business ideas. Pupils completed market research throughout the school for their business ideas to ensure they would be a success.
A huge thank you to Patrick Kelly ‘The Tile Shed’, Erin Mc Kinless 'Bridge Bakes' and Mr Quinn who were the ‘Dragons’ judging the Primary 7 JEP business proposals. Each P7 group presented a great PowerPoint presentation and put forward extremely persuasive cases for their ideas. In the end, the dragons were torn and have chosen two super business ideas to be taken forward within term 3. After careful deliberation our dragons settled on ‘St Peter’s PS Half zip’ and the 'Mystery Fidget Bag'. Well done to every pupil who took part and thanks again to Patrick and Erin for taking time out from their busy schedules to be part of our ‘Meet the Dragons.’
Keep an eye out after Easter for more exciting updates on this process! 😊
