Primary Seven welcomed Collette from Action Mental Health today to complete the 'Healthy Me' programme. Healthy Me is a programme aimed at 8-11 year olds, it promotes good mental health and social and emotional well-being in children with a strong focus on prevention and self-care. The children were involved in interactive play and song to explore emotional and mental health, healthy lifestyle choices and where to get support if needed. Thank you to Collette for a brilliant day. The pupils covered lots of important topics, especially as the boys and girls are preparing for their move to secondary school.
