Don’t P1 and 2 look amazing in their world book day costumes and cozy pyjamas?! We had a fun filled morning playing at different story based stations, and we loved showing off our outfits to each other. We loved our ‘Masked Reader’ assembly where different teachers and teaching assistants read us a story and we had to guess who was behind the mask. We loved chanting “take it off, take it off!” like they do on the Masked Singer. In the afternoon, we read our whole school shared story ‘Crystal the mermaid’… at the beginning of the week, we wrote the first part of the story and came up with the idea of Crystal the mermaid so it was brilliant to hear the adventure that the older classes had wrote about Crystal.
