Our Primary Seven pupils have completed their preparations for their Confirmation on Sunday 8th March. Check out some of our beautiful displays.
During their Religious Education lessons, the children have studied the Holy Spirit in detail. They have looked at the fruits and gifts of the Holy Spirit and have thought about how these will be incorporated in their future lives. As Confirmation is a Sacrament of initiation, the children have explored how Baptism and Confirmation are linked, focusing in particular on the signs and symbols used in both.
The boys and girls have chosen a Saints name which is special to them in some way. They have researched their chosen Saint and have created some beautiful art work highlighting the name which they will take next Sunday.
